A leading financial and insurance brokerage looking for an driven Retirement Service Assistant to join the Wealth Management Division in Long Beach, CA. The team consists of 2 Financial Advisors, Senior Relationship Manager, Client Service Associate and a LPL Registered Administrative Assistant. In this role you must have the ability to anticipate division team needs, meet management deadlines, build client relationships and make an impact by providing extraordinary level of service we call the WOW Service model.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Relationship Manager of Wealth Management Division. As part of your job responsibilities you will
Promotes open communication and high morale
Develops open enrollment communication materials for plan administrators
Coordinates the ordering and delivery of enrollment kits
Process rollovers into current plans to increase assets in the plan
Prepares investment reviews for Financial Advisors and Senior Relationship Manager
Assist with client issues and resolve
Full adaptation of our client CRM system. You will utilize this system to organize the client base, transparency, create work flow and track key opportunities
Makes sure the client is aware of the resources that Bryson Financial offers
Fulfill company initiatives with all Wealth Management Division team members
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, MS Office tablets, Adobe, Apple i-pad, and Salesforce
Excellent customer relationship skills
Ethical business standards and transparency
Proven ability to professionally interact with vendors
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
